Dunmoor Homes is now able to co-op with Realtors with Lease to Own clients. This is only availabe for qualified prospects who meet the following guidelines:

1. Credit score above 540
2. Debt to income ratios meet standard underwriting guidelines
3. Minimum downpayment of 3% of the sales price
4. Qualify for a loan within 24 months
5. Enroll in credit repair

Co-op compensation for Realtors is:

1. $500 when client pays first month's rent and moves in
2. Balance of 3% co-op if closed within 12 months
3. Balance of 2% co-op if closed from 13 to 24 months
